Description

Would you like to maintain your fitness through swimming while improving endurance, strength and speed? Are you an athlete looking to complement your existing sport with additional aquatic fitness? This program is for you! Join us for fun workouts without the commitment of a competitive team program. Swimmer 6 is recommended. Registrant must be comfortable swimming 100m non-stop.
