Description

Would you like to build your fitness through swimming while improving endurance, strength and speed? Are you an athlete looking to complement your existing sport with additional aquatic fitness? This program is for you! Join us for fun workouts without the commitment of a competitive team program. Swimmer 6 Level is recommended. Registrant must be comfortable swimming 50m non-stop.
