Lifting weights offers numerous benefits for women, including increased muscle strength and improved bone density, while enhancing confidence and self-esteem. Join us for a dynamic blend of muscular strength, endurance challenges, and heart-pumping cardio drills to step up your health with a group of like-minded women. This small, supportive group is fun and empowering, designed for those with a basic knowledge of weight training, strong mobility and good overall health. Each session is guided by an experienced Personal Trainer who will guide you through a safe and effective workout.
This class is designed for individuals who can bear weight on their hands and move up and down from the floor with ease. This class is not suitable for those with spine complications, recent surgeries or other medically supervised conditions (unless cleared by a doctor).Please contact us for further details if you are unsure.
