Description

This mat exercise class is thoughtfully planned and will progress from week to week. Strengthen, lengthen, lift and tone your entire body. Increase mobility by learning proper alignment. Learn to move more efficiently by improving your core strength and posture. Must be able to bear weight on the hands and get up and down easily.
