Description

Join us for an energetic class that combines classical yoga poses in a fluid sequence. Engage in postures that encourage alignment, flexibility, strength, and endurance. This class is tailored to those who have a foundation in yoga and are looking for a faster-paced class. Modifications and options are provided, however; participants should be able to bear weight on hands and knees, and be able to stand up and sit down with ease.
