Description

Learn how to retrain the mind/core connection with the most current research on strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles. This workshop helps women suffering from stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and lower back pain, and may be the first and sometimes the only step women need to take to end their SUI. This class is also suitable for women with Diastasis Recti. Take home exercises included. Those with Seniors' Centre memberships please register for activity # 210190.
