Engage in hands on exploration of the music video production process, including pre production, production and post production. Work collaboratively in small crews, learn about cinematography specific to music videos and advanced editing techniques. Use an existing pop culture song, listen to the lyrics, learn them, and create a story, encapsulating the theme of the lyrics. Act in, edit each music video. Use a MacBooks, Final Cut Pro, an HD camera, tripod, and green screen under the guidance of your own filmmaker.
