Description

Weekend Warriors work hard & play hard. Welcome in your weekend with a moderately challenging yoga fitness class designed to increase overall strength, stretch tight muscles, and leave you feeling fully revitalized for your day. This class with incorporate light weight training along with traditional yoga poses. Time at the end of the session to rest and reconnect!
