Description

Benefit from functional exercises in a group setting followed by cardiovascular training and breathing exercises to help you feel better and breathe easier. This program is designed for individuals with COPD or pulmonary fibrosis. Instructed by qualified staff to ensure your safety. An initial consultation is required for all new participants.
