Description

This small group training class is designed to provide you with strength, balance and flexibility exercises to aid improving overall strength and and conditioning. The class is a circuit style strength training class with varying weight intensities and reps. Followed by core and stretch. The class will be held in the studio adjacent to the weight room upstairs.
