Description
Exercise with your baby while connecting with new moms in the community (North Vancouver, West Vancouver and beyond). This mom and baby stroller fitness class includes cardio, strength training and postnatal-specific core work. All fitness levels are welcome. Jogging stroller not required. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). Meet rain or shine at the concession stand at Ambleside Beach (Boatshed Restaurant) with your baby, stroller, runners, water bottle, and yoga mat. In the event of heavy rain rain please check you email after 9 a.m. for possible alternate location.
