Description

This is a challenging non-traditional mat class inspired by Pilates, yoga and traditional fitness, and fueled by an energized playlist. We will gradually build, layering each movement with intention. Develop dynamic mind body awareness, build strength, balance and mobility. Props including weights, bands, gliders and balls will be used and participants must be able to bear weight on hands and bare feet.
