Description

For those with some weight training experience in the gym. Come and learn some fun new exercises in a small group with a personal trainer. Expect to work hard, but all levels are welcome as you will choose your own weight. Get tips about posture, technique and how to use the equipment. Enjoy a small group atmosphere with music, intervals and varied formats.
