An Educational workshop presented by the Seniors Health and Wellness Institute:Why does my bladder wake me up more often these days? Am I the only one with this problem? What, if anything can I do about it? Join this session to learn about some helpful options for you. This session explains how the bladder works, common changes that occur with aging, and the causes of incontinence and urinary tract infections. Participant will learn about lifestyle factors that affect bladder health, practical prevention strategies, and when to seek support. The workshop offers reliable information in a comfortable, supportive environment and encourages confidence, understanding, and informed self care around an often misunderstood topic.
