Description

Participants in this women-only class will gain confidence in deep water by practicing a deep-water entry and 60-second tread, retrieving an object from the bottom in chest-deep water, refining their flutter kick and working toward 15 m front crawl and back crawl swims. The class also includes 2 × 25 m interval training to improve fitness and kicking efficiency. Prerequisite: successfully completed Adult 1.
