Inclusion Services assists individuals with diverse needs and/or a disability to successfully participate in municipal programs and services. Inclusion Services provides accommodation through one-on-one support, program consultation, or program adaptations. By registering into the Inclusion Support Program, you are requesting support to participate in a recreation program. Please also register for the program of interest. You must have an inclusion membership before you register for the inclusion support program. For more information and to complete an inclusion membership, please visit
www.waterloo.ca/inclusion. Inclusion support is conditional on staff availability. If a staff member is not available, Inclusion Services will work with you to create a suitable alternative arrangement.
