Lane Swim - Shallow

This program takes place in the shallow end at 3 foot depth. Four swimmers maximum per lane.

In order to provide the most comfortable experience for all our lane swimmers, please choose a lane based on:

• your swimming ability
• the stroke you are performing

Aquatic staff may move swimmers to different lanes, depending on abilities.

Participants are asked not to stop at the end of the lane. If another swimmer is stopped in the lane at either side of you, you must continue swimming.

Circle swimming MUST be maintained in each of the lanes. Direction flow is down the right side and up the left side of the lane. For your safety, please ensure you are adhering to these directions.

*Admission for this program will begin eight (8) minutes prior to the start time. You may arrive on the pool deck two (2) minutes prior to the start time. You will be permitted into the pool at the scheduled program time.
