Enrollment opens April 11, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.In this beginner shallow end class, the instructor will direct you in a variety of walking moves through shallow water. You will use arm and leg action to stretch and tone with little impact or stress on your joints or back. The last 10 minutes of the class is held in our warm water pool for stretching and cool down.
