Enrollment opens April 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.This is a vigorous workout, targeting all muscle groups in a basic training style class. Bootcamp is held in the deep end. Upon arrival, aquatic staff will direct you to the appropriate area of the pool. A water belt MUST be worn for this deep end class.
