Enrollment opens April 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.Join us in the deep end for this challenging class. Wearing a deep water belt you will be suspended in the water using a bungee cord to assist you in maximizing your workout. This is a great class for runners and cross-trainers or if you don't enjoy a lot of choreography. A water belt MUST be worn for this deep end classes. Upon arrival, staff will direct you to the appropriate area of the pool.
