Movements are designed to limit impact on the joints, yet provide an excellent cardio and strength workout. Upon arrival, aquatic staff will direct you to the appropriate area of the pool. A water belt MUST be worn for this deep end class. The water belt keeps you buoyant so you can focus on your movements during the class. No additional equipment is necessary.
Note that most deep waterfit classes are held in the deep end (lanes 6, 7, 8), with the exception of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning at 6:45am, which are held on the moveable floor, at 6 foot depth.
