Join a Kinesiologist for an engaging group class focused on hip mobility and strength through guided stretches, exercises and education. This session is designed to support comfortable and safe movement. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for floor-based movements. As this is a group class, individualized instruction may be limited.
