Senior Square Dance

Delivered in partnership with Smiles Foundation. In this class, it’s great to be a square! Discover the lively rhythms of square dancing while practising memory, timing and coordination through easy-to-follow calls and repeated sequences. This program blends gentle physical activity with upbeat music, helping participants stay active and make connections while learning a uniquely fun dance style. No partner or previous dance experience is required.
