Roll up your sleeves, it’s time to cook like a pro. Learn what it takes to run the kitchen as you practise essential skills like chopping, measuring, sautéing and combining ingredients to bring simple recipes to life. You’ll also work as a team with your fellow apprentices tackling fun team challenges and taste tests that build confidence and creativity. Along the way, you’ll craft dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, plate meals that look just as good as they taste and graduate a confident chef’s apprentice. When you’re not in the kitchen, enjoy classic camp fun like swimming, arts and crafts, sports and special theme days. New recipes will be made each day. Note: Campers participate in 1-2 cooking rotations each day. Programming will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily with flexible drop-off from 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and pickup available between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Camp ends at 12:00pm on Thursday December 24.
