Description

Unsure of how to train for a 5km run? Look no further. Join a certified Vaughan Fitness Instructor who will lead you into running your first 5km. Each week will include a warm-up, cool-down, stretches, and a supervised walk/run to get you to the finish line. Each session will be 1-hour in length. Each week, run club participants will progress their distance, starting at 1km and ending with the goal of reaching a continuous 5km walk/run. Runners will run outdoors in light rain, and indoors during heavy rain fall.
