Description
Presented in partnership with Cortellucci Hospice Vaughan.
A supportive and creative program designed to help individuals learn, explore and process grief through artistic expression. This program invites participants to engage with different art forms such as painting, drawing and sculpting as a way to reflect on personal experiences of loss and healing.
Through guided activities and reflective discussions, participants will learn about the many ways grief can appear in our lives while discovering how art can serve as a powerful tool for expression, connection, and understanding. The program emphasizes that artistic skill is not required; instead, it focuses on creativity, personal meaning, and emotional exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to translate thoughts and feelings into meaningful art, while exploring themes such as memory, change, and resilience, and build a sense of community with others who are also navigating grief.
