Delivered in partnership with Santana Behavioural Services. Parents of children with disabilities often experience higher stress levels than parents of children without disabilities. The stress can affect the day-to-day parenting experience. This one-hour session helps you spot burnout early and use simple self-care tools you can do in the moment. You’ll define what burnout looks like for you, practice quick reset techniques and leave with a few go-to strategies for high stress moments. Note: No supplies required though you may wish to bring a notebook.
