Immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind, full-body workout on a floating aqua board (similar to a stand-up paddleboard), blending the calming flow of yoga with the serenity of water. This unique experience strengthens your core, improves flexibility, enhances balance and deepens mindfulness as you move through seated and kneeling poses on a moving surface, engaging a variety of muscle groups simultaneously. NOTE: Participants must be comfortable swimming in chest-deep water to safely manage unexpected falls and to get on and off the aqua board.
