Description

Delivered in partnership with Optimal Diving Club Beginner (learn-to-dive) participants will learn how to execute dives and jumps mostly from 1M springboard or poolside. Intermediate divers will focus on proper body position and techniques as they learn the more complicated springboard dives and somersaults. Note: participants must be comfortable in deep water.
