Description

Delivered in partnership with Optimal Diving Club Advanced (pre-competitive) participants learn skills that include both basic and somersaulting dives from 1M springboard and some basic dives from 3M springboard. Advanced divers will focus on proper body position and techniques as they learn the more complicated springboard dives and somersaults. Pre-requisite: a background in gymnastics, trampolining, tumbling or diving is required for this level. Note: participants must be comfortable in deep water.
