Description

This is a total body workout. Use resistance equipment and your own body weight to build strength and improve muscular endurance. Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle and towel. Proper fitness attire is required and Vaughan Fitness Centre polices and guidelines apply. Requires parental consent (proof of student ID and parental signature).
