Description
A high-energy group exercise class that uses stationary bikes to simulate an outdoor cycling experience, focusing on cardiovascular health and muscular endurance. Participants follow an instructor who guides them through various routines set to music, adjusting resistance to mimic hills and sprints, providing an intense but low-impact workout. Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle and towel. Proper fitness attire is required and Vaughan Fitness Centre polices and guidelines apply. Requires parental consent (proof of student ID and parental signature).
