Description
This class will highlight the importance of deadlift form for injury prevention, covering the set-up, the lifting motion, the controlled lowering, and potentially variations like the Romanian deadlift. Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle and towel. Proper fitness attire is required and Vaughan Fitness Centre polices and guidelines apply. Requires parental consent (proof of student ID and parental signature).
