Description

Speak to a Fitness Counsellor and learn how to create a total body fitness program based on your goals. Learn the benefits of strength and endurance training, how to increase weights safely, safe set and rep range for beginners, and ask any fitness related questions to the fitness staff. Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle and towel. Proper fitness attire is required and Vaughan Fitness Centre polices and guidelines apply. Requires parental consent (proof of student ID and parental signature).
