No more excuses! Add a fitness routine to your lifestyle to look and feel better. Learn proper workout techniques and how to use cardio and weight training equipment. Design a personalized workout program to take home. Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle and towel. Proper fitness attire is required and Vaughan Fitness Centre polices and guidelines apply. Requires parental consent (proof of student ID and parental signature).
