This workshop introduces participants to the NextGen Vaughan program—an initiative that supports youth with disabilities in developing the foundational skills needed for employment in the recreation sector. Participants will explore workplace expectations, strengthen their job-readiness skills, and engage in practical, hands-on activities focused on creating resumes and cover letters to prepare for future employment opportunities.
