Ideal for individuals managing arthritis, recovering from previous knee issues or looking to improve lower-body strength. Classes focus on proper lifting techniques, balance and strengthening exercises, and mobility work for the hips and ankles, all guided by a physiotherapy professional. Note: Participants are required to bring their own mat to each class.
