T-push and glide for 2-3 metres (left & right)
Backward ""C"" pushes alternating feet
Backward gliding on two feet for 1 metre
Forward circle thrusts (clockwise & counter clockwise)
Backward single sculling (clockwise & counter clockwise)
Controlled inside edges (left & right)
Side/hockey stop
Backward snowplow stop (any style)
Two foot turn on a straight line

Refund Policy
Full refund if requested more than 24hrs before the start of the first lesson
Partial refund if requested before the second lesson
No refunds issued for requests received after the second lesson
