Swimming - Parent and Tot 1/2 Jellyfish/Goldfish

No class Sept 30 (Truth & Reconciliation Day) & Nov 11 (Remembrance Day)

Jellyfish Prerequisite: 4-12 months of age, able to hold their head up, and participating with a parent or caregiver (assisted). Swim diapers are mandatory for all children. You may bring your own or purchase one from the cashiers at the facility

Babies and their caregivers work on getting wet, buoyancy and movement, front, back and vertical positions in the water, and shallow water entries and exits.

Goldfish Prerequisite: 12-24 months of age, participating with a parent or caregiver (assisted). Swim diapers are mandatory for all children. You may bring your own or purchase one from the cashiers at the facility.

Babies and their caregivers work on rhythmic breathing, moving through the water, front and back floats, shallow water entries and exits, and underwater object recovery.
