In this level: Swimmers combine entries and exits, recover objects from chest deep water, tread water with a PFD, rollover floats, side glides, and intro to front crawl wearing a PFD.
PS 5 Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs and successful completion of Preschool Sea Lion
In this level: Swimmers work on forward rolls, treading water for 10 secs unassisted, underwater object recovery, whip kick, front crawl and back crawl 5M and intro to interval training
No class Oct. 11.
