A fun and welcoming community event hosted by the West Point Grey Community Centre in partnership with Home Instead. Meet local organizations, discover valuable resources, enjoy refreshments, connect with neighbours, and learn about programs and services that support healthy, independent aging. Bring your questions, bring a friend, and spend an enjoyable afternoon exploring everything our community has to offer.
