This senior-friendly class teaches simple techniques including, blocks, escapes, balance, reflexes, and personal safety strategies. No experience needed. Improve coordination, stay active, and feel more secure in everyday life with expert instruction from Christian Heno, with over 30 years of teaching experience in Martial Arts.
