Enrollment opens July 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.Aquafit 9:30 - 10:30 am is a moderately paced and energizing class that utilizes water resistance for a variety of exercise combinations with warm up, cardio, strength, stretch and cool down components, designed for participants who want to increase their fitness and muscular endurance. Hot Tub access is limited and is first come first serve. Recommended maximum of 10 minutes. Saunas and steam rooms are not available at all locations.
