Imagine how powerful a one-hour training session with non-stop punching, kicking, blocking, dodging and moving can be. Karate uniform $60 - $70 depending on size. Must purchase Karate BC insurance for $70 on karatebc.org (valid 1 year) as well. Participants can reach the black belt level after 5 years. No class Sept 30, Oct 12, and Nov 11.
