Join this full-body class that combines the best of Pilates and yoga with light strength training. Improve your flexibility, balance, posture, and overall strength while feeling refreshed and reducing tension in the body. This class encourages mindful movement and body awareness in a supportive environment and is suitable for all levels.

Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities)

Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT: If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
