Description

This weekly sound healing session offers participants a calming, restorative space to unwind and reconnect. Using crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments, the facilitator guides the group through a deep meditation. relaxing sound experience designed to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Drop-in $25 (space permitting).
