Description

CIRCL Mobility is a low-impact, mobility and flexibility-based format designed to enhance movement quality, reduce stiffness, and support recovery. It incorporates controlled, intentional movements that improve joint range of motion, stability, and overall functional fitness. Classes are suitable for all levels and are especially beneficial for injury prevention, active recovery, and stress reduction. I guide participants through fluid sequences with a strong focus on breath, control, and body awareness. Feel free to bring in your own mat.
