Recreational Gymnastics (6-11yrs)

The Kids Gymnastics Program for ages 6–11 is designed to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through artistic gymnastics, with a primary focus on floor routines. Classes emphasize foundational movements such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and lateral movements, handstand progressions, core and body control exercises, balance, coordination and agility drills. All activities are adapted to each child’s age, physical development, and skill level. Drop-ins $30.
