Description

A slow paced meditative practice, designed to deeply open the body and support connective tissue, joint, and fascia health. Guided in a candlelit setting, this class uses long-held postures and mindful breathwork in restoring the energy flow within the body and promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation. All levels of yoga are welcome. Modifications and guided use of props, breathwork, and mediation will be provided. Drop-in $20 (space permitting). No class Sep 16, 30.
