Description
Indigiqueer on the Land is an 8 week pilot program designed for Indigenous adults of all genders who identify as Two-Spirit, LGBTQIA plus, and allies. This program creates a welcoming and inclusive space to build connection, strength, and self confidence through land based movement, community building, and opportunities to reconnect with the land, supporting participants in strengthening both body and spirit. Activities will be adaptable to all abilities and grounded in respect, identity, and collective wellness. Snacks will be provided, and the program will culminate in a potluck celebration.

ALL BODIES COMMUNITY RECREATION AND FITNESS
We are an inclusive, choice - based, community, health and wellness program Welcoming every body the workouts are easy to follow, scalable and designed to help you develop confidence and a foundation for health, fitness, or performance. We teach skills and movements transferable to the "gym" and other activities. Our Learn to Play Sports are for folks wanting to return to or try a sport for the first time.
To participate, use an ABC Drop in. an ABC 10 pass usages card or purchase an ABC Flexi pass which includes access to all the ABC group activities and the Vancouver Park Board's pools, ice rinks and fitness centres. To help us track attendance please register on the master roster. LAP discount is applicable.
